Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Functional Consultant to join our team. The Functional Consultant will be responsible for understanding business requirements, designing solutions, and implementing them within our existing systems, particularly focusing on ERP or CRM modules relevant to the building materials industry. This role requires a blend of technical understanding and strong business acumen to bridge the gap between business needs and technological solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements from various stakeholders within the organization.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and design documents.
- Configure and customize ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) to meet business needs.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and effectiveness of implemented solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption of new functionalities.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve any system issues or bugs.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in functional consulting and building materials.
