Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. The Functional Consultant will be responsible for understanding client business requirements and translating them into effective solutions using our suite of products. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes and the ability to configure and customize our software to meet specific client needs. You will work closely with clients to ensure successful implementation and adoption of our solutions, providing training and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze client business requirements.
- Map business requirements to Zoho's product features and functionalities.
- Configure and customize Zoho applications to meet client specifications.
- Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to end-users.
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with technical teams for complex integrations and customizations.
- Document configurations, processes, and solutions.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within client accounts.
