Functional Consultant

Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. The Functional Consultant will be responsible for understanding business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of our gaming platforms and solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes within the gaming industry and the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across various departments.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
- Collaborate with technical teams (developers, QA) to ensure accurate implementation of solutions.
- Conduct system configuration, customization, and testing to meet business requirements.
- Develop and deliver user training and support materials.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure successful adoption of new features and systems.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for implemented solutions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in gaming technology and functional consulting.
