Functional Consultant

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and ensuring the successful implementation of our industrial equipment solutions. You will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and the technical development team, driving project success from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements from clients in the industrial equipment and machinery sector.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
- Design and configure solutions using our proprietary software platforms and industry best practices.
- Conduct gap analysis and propose solutions to bridge the difference between business requirements and system capabilities.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for end-users.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of functional designs.
- Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide post-implementation support.
- Document all functional specifications, configurations, and training materials.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the industrial equipment and machinery domain.
