Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Functional Verification Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Pune. As a Functional Verification Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our cutting-edge logistics software and systems. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases to validate the functionality and performance of our applications, contributing directly to the seamless operation of India's largest integrated logistics network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute detailed functional test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on system requirements and design specifications.
- Identify, analyze, and document software defects and inconsistencies, and work closely with development teams to resolve them.
- Perform regression testing to ensure that bug fixes and new features do not negatively impact existing functionality.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements and translate them into testable scenarios.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our verification processes and methodologies.
- Utilize various testing tools and frameworks to automate test execution and reporting where applicable.
- Participate in code reviews and design discussions to provide early feedback on testability and potential issues.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in software testing and verification.
