Fund Manager

Role Summary: Chiratae Ventures is seeking an experienced and driven Fund Manager to join our dynamic investment team. The Fund Manager will play a critical role in managing and growing our existing portfolio, identifying new investment opportunities, and contributing to the overall strategy and success of the fund. This role requires a deep understanding of the venture capital landscape, strong financial acumen, and a passion for supporting early-stage technology companies.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities in line with the fund's strategy.

Conducting thorough due diligence, including market research, financial analysis, and competitive landscape assessment.

Developing investment theses and presenting recommendations to the Investment Committee.

Actively managing and supporting portfolio companies post-investment, including strategic guidance, operational improvements, and board participation.

Monitoring fund performance, preparing reports for Limited Partners (LPs), and managing investor relations.

Staying abreast of market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive activities within the venture capital ecosystem.

Building and maintaining relationships with entrepreneurs, co-investors, and industry experts.
