Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Fund Manager to oversee the financial strategy and investment operations for our growing facility management startup. The Fund Manager will be responsible for managing investment portfolios, identifying funding opportunities, and ensuring the financial health and growth of the company in the competitive Indian market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive investment strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives.
- Identify and evaluate potential funding sources, including venture capital, private equity, debt financing, and strategic partnerships.
- Manage investment portfolios, monitor performance, and make adjustments as necessary.
- Conduct financial analysis, market research, and due diligence on investment opportunities.
- Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and presentations for stakeholders and investors.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and reporting standards in India.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, financial institutions, and other key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop financial models and projections.
