Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and analytical individual with a B.Pharma background to join our finance team as a Fund Manager. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with up to 2 years of experience looking to build a career in financial management within the FMCG sector. You will support the development and execution of investment strategies, focusing on optimizing financial performance and resource allocation for the company's various business units and potential new ventures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the analysis of financial data, market trends, and economic conditions to identify investment opportunities and risks.
- Support the management of investment portfolios, including monitoring performance, rebalancing as needed, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Conduct due diligence on potential investments and partnerships, with a specific understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare product landscape.
- Prepare financial reports, investment proposals, and presentations for senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, and operations, to assess the financial viability of new product development and market expansion initiatives.
- Monitor regulatory changes and industry best practices impacting financial operations and investment strategies.
- Contribute to budget preparation and financial forecasting processes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions and advisors.
