Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Fundraising Officer to join our team at WNS Global Services. This role will be instrumental in developing and executing strategies to secure funding and support for our corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives and employee engagement programs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social impact and the ability to build strong relationships with potential donors and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies aligned with WNS's CSR objectives.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors, foundations, corporations, and government agencies.
- Prepare compelling grant proposals, funding requests, and sponsorship packages.
- Organize and manage fundraising events, campaigns, and donor recognition activities.
- Track and report on fundraising progress, donor engagement, and financial performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and execution of fundraising initiatives.
- Stay abreast of fundraising best practices, industry trends, and relevant regulations.
