Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Fundraising Officer to join our growing team in the electronic components and semiconductor industry. The Fundraising Officer will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to secure funding from various sources, including venture capital, angel investors, government grants, and strategic partnerships. This role is critical for fueling our expansion and R&D efforts in cutting-edge GaN technology.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives.
* Identify and cultivate relationships with potential investors, including VCs, angel networks, and corporate venture arms.
* Prepare compelling investment proposals, pitch decks, and financial models.
* Conduct market research to identify funding opportunities and assess investor suitability.
* Organize and lead investor meetings, roadshows, and presentations.
* Manage the due diligence process and negotiate investment terms.
* Stay abreast of industry trends, funding landscape, and competitive intelligence within the semiconductor sector.
* Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure accurate financial reporting and investor communications.
* Explore and apply for relevant government grants and subsidies for R&D and manufacturing in India.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing investors.
