Job Description
Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Gas Engineer to join our dynamic team. The Gas Engineer will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of gas systems and processes within our automotive component manufacturing facilities. This role requires a strong understanding of gas properties, safety regulations, and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and engineer gas delivery systems, including piping, valves, regulators, and flow meters, ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational requirements.
- Develop and implement procedures for the safe handling, storage, and disposal of various industrial gases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to gas systems, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of gas equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent failures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, and R&D, to integrate gas systems into manufacturing processes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant national and international safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and specifications related to gas systems.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in gas engineering technologies and best practices.
