Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Gas Engineer to join our dynamic team in Chandigarh. This role is ideal for individuals with practical experience in gas systems and a strong understanding of safety protocols, who may not have a formal degree but possess significant hands-on expertise. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various gas systems, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, inspect, and maintain gas pipelines, appliances, and related equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with gas systems, performing necessary repairs.
- Conduct regular safety checks and ensure adherence to all relevant codes and regulations.
- Work with blueprints and technical drawings to understand system layouts.
- Respond to emergency calls for gas leaks or system failures.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
- Collaborate with other technicians and departments to ensure efficient project completion.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
