Gas Engineer (3-5 Yrs) role in Beauty & Personal Care

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Gas Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will hold a B.Tech/B.E. degree and possess a strong understanding of gas systems and their application in manufacturing processes within the beauty and personal care industry. This role is crucial for ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of our gas infrastructure, supporting our production and product development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain gas systems and equipment for various manufacturing processes, including heating, cooling, and inerting applications.

Conduct regular inspections, performance testing, and preventative maintenance on all gas-related infrastructure to ensure optimal functionality and safety.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to gas supply, pressure, purity, or equipment malfunctions, minimizing downtime.

Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies regarding gas handling and usage.

Collaborate with R&D and production teams to identify needs for new gas applications and optimize existing systems for new product development.

Prepare technical reports, documentation, and maintenance logs.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in gas engineering technology and industry best practices.
