Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Gas Engineer with 3-4 years of experience to join our Design team in Vishakhapatnam. This role requires a unique blend of technical engineering knowledge and a strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks, making an LLB degree a key qualification. You will be responsible for ensuring the safe and compliant design of gas systems, adhering to all relevant national and international standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop gas systems ensuring compliance with safety standards and engineering best practices.
Conduct thorough risk assessments and hazard analyses for gas systems.
Interpret and apply relevant Indian and international gas safety regulations, codes, and standards.
Review and advise on the legal and contractual implications of design choices and project execution related to gas infrastructure.
Collaborate with legal teams to ensure all gas-related designs meet statutory requirements and obtain necessary permits.
Prepare technical documentation, including design reports, safety case submissions, and regulatory compliance statements.
Provide technical expertise and guidance on legal and regulatory matters concerning gas engineering projects.
