Role Summary: The Gastroenterologist will be responsible for providing expert medical consultation and care related to the digestive system for employees of Bajaj Finserv Limited. This role involves assessing employee health, diagnosing gastrointestinal conditions, and recommending appropriate treatment plans and preventive measures, ensuring the overall well-being of the workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive medical examinations and consultations for employees experiencing gastrointestinal issues.
- Diagnose a wide range of gastrointestinal disorders, including but not limited to GERD, peptic ulcers, inflammatory bowel disease, liver diseases, and cancers of the digestive tract.
- Interpret diagnostic tests such as endoscopy, colonoscopy, biopsies, and imaging studies.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including medication management and lifestyle recommendations.
- Provide guidance on preventive healthcare measures for gastrointestinal health.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and specialists as needed.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements and best practices in gastroenterology.
