Role Summary: Khaitan & Co is seeking a qualified and experienced General Physician to provide comprehensive medical care to its employees and their dependents. The physician will be responsible for promoting health and wellness within the firm, managing common illnesses and injuries, and ensuring timely referral to specialists when necessary. This role is crucial in supporting the well-being of our legal professionals and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting general medical examinations and consultations for employees.
Diagnosing and treating common illnesses, infections, and minor injuries.
Providing health advice and counseling on preventive healthcare measures.
Administering basic first aid and managing medical emergencies within the firm.
Referring patients to specialists or hospitals for further evaluation and treatment as needed.
Maintaining accurate and confidential patient medical records.
Collaborating with HR for employee health programs and wellness initiatives.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant medical regulations and ethical standards.
