Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced General Physician with a Doctorate/PhD to join our occupational health team in Hyderabad. This role focuses on providing comprehensive medical care to employees within the building materials industry, ensuring a healthy and productive workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular health check-ups and medical examinations for employees, focusing on occupational health hazards specific to the building materials industry.
- Diagnose and treat common illnesses and injuries, providing appropriate referrals when necessary.
- Develop and implement health and wellness programs tailored to the workforce.
- Advise on workplace safety and health, including ergonomics and prevention of work-related diseases.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records.
- Collaborate with HR and safety departments to address employee health concerns.
- Stay updated with the latest medical advancements and regulatory requirements in occupational health.
