Role Summary: We are seeking a General Physician with 2-3 years of experience and an LLB degree to join our team in Pune. This role will focus on providing medical expertise and legal compliance advisory within the hardware and networking sector. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of medical knowledge and understanding of legal frameworks applicable to corporate healthcare and employee well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general medical consultations and advice to employees, focusing on occupational health and safety within the hardware and networking environment.
- Interpret and advise on medical regulations and their implications for company policies and employee benefits, leveraging LLB knowledge.
- Assist in developing and implementing health and safety protocols that comply with Indian labor laws and industry standards.
- Review and provide feedback on health-related documentation and contracts from a legal and medical perspective.
- Conduct health awareness programs and workshops tailored to the needs of employees in the technology sector.
- Liaise with external legal counsel and medical professionals as required.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in accordance with legal requirements.
