Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and diligent Geo Technician with 0-2 years of experience, holding an M.Tech degree, to join our dynamic team in Mangalore. This role is crucial for supporting our infrastructure projects by ensuring the stability and integrity of soil and rock formations. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, apply theoretical knowledge to practical fieldwork, and contribute to the successful execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist senior geotechnical engineers in conducting site investigations and soil/rock sampling.
Perform laboratory tests on soil and rock samples to determine their physical and mechanical properties.
Analyze test data and prepare preliminary reports under supervision.
Assist in the interpretation of geological and geotechnical data for project planning.
Support the implementation of geotechnical recommendations and quality control measures on-site.
Maintain accurate records of field and laboratory activities.
Collaborate with project teams to address geotechnical challenges.
