Geologist (1-2 Yrs) for a MNC

We are seeking a motivated Geologist with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Tech/B.E. degree in Geology or a related field and be eager to apply their knowledge in a dynamic corporate environment. This role involves contributing to various geological aspects that indirectly support our operations, particularly in sourcing and understanding the origins of mineral-based ingredients used in our beauty and personal care products. You will work closely with R&D and sourcing teams to ensure quality and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the geological assessment and sourcing of raw materials, particularly mineral-based ingredients for beauty products.

Conduct basic field surveys and sample collection for analysis related to ingredient sourcing.

Analyze geological data and prepare reports to support R&D and procurement teams.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand material requirements and geological implications.

Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in mineral sourcing and geological exploration relevant to the beauty sector.
