Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Geophysicist to join our innovative team. While our core business is in hospitality, we are exploring novel approaches to resource management and site selection that leverage geophysical principles. This role will involve analyzing subsurface data to inform strategic decisions related to land acquisition, infrastructure development, and potential resource exploration for our expanding portfolio of properties across India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret seismic, gravity, magnetic, and electrical resistivity data.
- Develop and implement geophysical models to assess subsurface conditions relevant to construction and land use.
- Conduct site investigations and surveys to gather geophysical data.
- Collaborate with civil engineers and architects to ensure optimal site development and structural integrity.
- Advise on potential geological hazards and mitigation strategies.
- Manage and maintain geophysical equipment and software.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on geophysical findings.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in geophysical techniques and technologies.
