Geoscientist Manager

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Geoscientist Manager to oversee geological operations and resource assessment within our Indian leather manufacturing facilities. This role will involve managing teams, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, and contributing to sustainable resource management practices relevant to our leather production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of geoscientists and technicians.
• Conduct geological surveys and analysis related to raw material sourcing and land use for tanneries.
• Assess and manage environmental impact, ensuring compliance with Indian environmental laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies for sustainable resource management, including water and land use.
• Prepare detailed geological reports and present findings to senior management.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure geological considerations are integrated into business operations.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in geoscience and their application in the leather industry.
