Geoscientist Manager - Events / Live Entertainment Sector (3-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Geoscientist Manager with 3-4 years of experience and an M.Des degree to join our dynamic team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and managing the design aspects of large-scale events and live entertainment productions, ensuring innovative and impactful spatial experiences. This role requires a unique blend of scientific understanding and artistic design sensibility, with a focus on translating complex geological or environmental themes into engaging and immersive event environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative design concepts for events, drawing inspiration from geological and environmental principles.
- Manage the entire design lifecycle, from initial ideation and mood boarding to final execution and on-site supervision.
- Collaborate with event producers, technical directors, and creative teams to ensure design integrity and feasibility.
- Create detailed design presentations, 3D models, and technical drawings for client approval and production.
- Oversee the selection and sourcing of materials, ensuring they align with design aesthetics, safety regulations, and sustainability goals.
- Manage budgets allocated for design elements and ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising on quality.
- Conduct site surveys and analysis to inform spatial design and logistical planning.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in event design, technology, and sustainable practices within the entertainment industry.
- Lead and mentor junior design staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
