Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Geotechnical Engineer to join our growing team. While our core business is in the Beauty & Personal Care industry, we are undertaking significant infrastructure development for our expanding warehousing and logistics network across India. The Geotechnical Engineer will be responsible for assessing soil conditions, designing foundations, and ensuring the stability and safety of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site investigations and soil testing to determine subsurface conditions.
• Analyze soil data and perform engineering calculations for foundation design.
• Prepare detailed geotechnical reports, including recommendations for construction.
• Oversee foundation construction and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Assess and mitigate risks associated with soil behavior and seismic activity.
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and construction teams.
• Ensure all projects adhere to relevant Indian building codes and environmental regulations.
