Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in understanding the specific physiological and dermatological changes associated with aging and their impact on skin health.
- Support the research and development team in formulating skincare and personal care products tailored for the elderly, considering factors like skin sensitivity, hydration, and common age-related skin conditions.
- Conduct basic assessments to gather insights on user experience and product efficacy for the target demographic.
- Participate in focus groups and user testing sessions to collect feedback on product prototypes.
- Maintain accurate records of observations, feedback, and product testing results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, and product development, to ensure products meet the needs of geriatric consumers.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and research in geriatrics and their application in the beauty and personal care industry.
