Job Description
Role Summary: Infosys is seeking a passionate and experienced German Language Trainer to join our L&D (Learning and Development) team. The trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering German language training programs to employees, focusing on business communication, cultural nuances, and professional development to support our global operations and client interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive German language courses tailored to the needs of corporate employees, covering all proficiency levels (A1-C2).
- Create engaging training materials, including lesson plans, presentations, exercises, and assessments.
- Incorporate business-specific vocabulary and scenarios relevant to the IT and consulting industry.
- Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Facilitate language practice sessions, including conversation groups and role-playing exercises.
- Educate employees on German business etiquette, cultural norms, and communication styles.
- Collaborate with the L&D team to align training programs with organizational goals.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in language teaching methodologies and German language.
