Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic German Teacher to join our team in Delhi. This role is ideal for an early-career professional with a Master's degree in Design (M.Des) who is passionate about language education and has a foundational understanding of design principles. You will be responsible for delivering engaging German language lessons to our employees, fostering a supportive learning environment, and contributing to their professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver engaging German language curriculum tailored to adult learners with varying proficiency levels.
Create lesson plans, teaching materials, and interactive activities to facilitate language acquisition.
Assess student progress through assignments, quizzes, and oral examinations.
Provide constructive feedback and support to students to enhance their learning experience.
Incorporate elements of German culture into lessons to provide a holistic learning experience.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.
Collaborate with HR and L&D departments to align language training with organizational needs.
