Graduate Trainee Process Excellence / Six Sigma Manager - Auto Components Sector

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Graduate Trainee to join our Process Excellence team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a B.Com graduate to kick-start their career in driving process improvements and implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies within the automotive components sector. The candidate will work closely with experienced professionals to identify inefficiencies, develop solutions, and contribute to the overall operational excellence of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting for process improvement initiatives.
- Support the implementation of Lean Six Sigma projects under the guidance of senior managers.
- Learn and apply process mapping and value stream mapping techniques.
- Help identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement in manufacturing and business processes.
- Contribute to the development of training materials on process excellence tools and techniques.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and problem-solving activities.
- Document project progress and outcomes.
- Gain exposure to various operational functions within an auto components manufacturing environment.
