Ground Staff (1-2 Yrs) role in Engineering & Construction

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Ground Staff professional with 1-2 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM to join our dynamic team in Kochi. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth and efficient operations of our engineering and construction projects on-site. This position requires excellent organizational skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the coordination and management of on-site logistics, including material movement, equipment deployment, and personnel scheduling.

Support project managers and site engineers in daily operational planning and execution.

Maintain accurate records of site activities, inventory, and equipment status.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company protocols on the construction site.

Liaise with various internal departments and external vendors to facilitate project requirements.

Prepare daily/weekly reports on site progress and any operational challenges.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
