Ground Staff

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and organized Ground Staff member to join our operations team. The Ground Staff will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of various ground-level operations within our manufacturing and logistics facilities. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in loading and unloading of raw materials and finished goods.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of warehouse and operational areas.
- Support inventory management by accurately tracking stock movement.
- Operate basic material handling equipment as required.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
- Report any operational issues or discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
