Key Responsibilities:

- Provide on-site technical support to end-users, addressing basic hardware and software issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for equipment delivery, installation, and removal.

- Escort and assist visiting clients and stakeholders, ensuring a positive experience.
