Ground Staff (Full-Time) | Nasik

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and diligent Ground Staff professional with a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree to join our team in Nasik. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience and be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of ground-level activities within our corporate environment, focusing on logistics, facility support, and administrative tasks that contribute to the overall productivity of the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences operations. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate and manage on-site logistics for materials, equipment, and personnel, ensuring timely delivery and placement.
* Assist in the organization and execution of internal corporate events, meetings, and facility-related activities.
* Maintain accurate records of inventory, assets, and incoming/outgoing shipments.
* Provide administrative support to various departments, including document management, filing, and data entry.
* Ensure compliance with all company policies and safety regulations on the ground.
* Liaise with external vendors and service providers for facility maintenance and operational support.
* Respond to and resolve day-to-day operational issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate management.
* Support the implementation of new ground operations procedures and protocols.
* Assist in ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of operational areas.
