Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Growth Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team in Lucknow. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for driving user acquisition and engagement. You will be instrumental in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to expand our reach within the recruitment and staffing sector. The ideal candidate will possess an M.Sc degree and 1-4 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data-driven growth marketing strategies across various channels (digital, social media, content, email).
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) to maximize ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and generate insightful reports to inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Experiment with new marketing tactics and channels to drive user acquisition and retention.
- Create compelling marketing content and collateral to engage target audiences.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices in growth marketing.
