Job Description
Role Summary: The Guest Service Associate is responsible for ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all patrons visiting our cinemas. This role involves direct interaction with guests, addressing their needs, and maintaining the overall ambiance and operational efficiency of the cinema.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist guests with ticket purchases, inquiries, and information about movie showtimes and cinema facilities.
- Manage and operate the concession stand, including taking orders, preparing food and beverages, and handling payments.
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the lobby, auditoriums, and restrooms.
- Address guest concerns and complaints promptly and effectively, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Monitor auditorium entry and ensure guests have valid tickets.
- Promote cinema loyalty programs and special offers to guests.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures.
