Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and customer-focused Guest Service Associate with 1-2 years of experience and an LLB degree to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing guest interactions, providing information, and ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all visitors and clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage visitor logs and issue passes.
- Answer phone calls, direct calls, and take messages.
- Provide information about company services and facilities.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and document management.
- Escalate complex queries or issues to the appropriate department.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, leveraging legal understanding from LLB.
