Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Guest Services professional with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for all visitors, clients, and partners interacting with our company. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional support and maintaining a professional environment. A Graduation Not Required background is suitable for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, presentable, and well-stocked with necessary materials.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate personnel or departments.
- Answer and direct phone calls efficiently, taking messages when necessary.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- Schedule and manage meeting room bookings.
- Provide basic administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Assist with event coordination and logistics for internal and external meetings.
- Address visitor inquiries and provide information about the company and its services.
- Maintain visitor logs and security procedures.
