Role Summary:
We are seeking a professional and welcoming Guest Services representative to manage and enhance the experience of visitors and clients at our corporate office. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact, ensuring a positive and efficient interaction for all guests.

  - Answer and direct phone calls efficiently.
  - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
  - Schedule and manage meeting room bookings.
  - Provide general administrative support as needed.
  - Assist with catering arrangements for meetings and events.
  - Maintain a log of visitors and security checks.
  - Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
