Guest Services - Beverage (3-5 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Guest Services professional with 3-5 years of experience and a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree to join our dynamic beverage team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing inquiries, and contributing to the smooth operation of our guest-facing functions. You will be the first point of contact for many of our valued visitors and stakeholders, embodying our brand's commitment to quality and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner, providing information about our company and products.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and requests efficiently and empathetically, escalating issues when necessary.
- Coordinate guest visits, including scheduling, preparation of meeting rooms, and arranging refreshments.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area and common guest spaces.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining guest records, leveraging M.Com knowledge for accurate financial record-keeping related to guest interactions.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless guest experiences during events or product launches.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions to effectively answer guest queries.
- Contribute to improving guest service procedures and policies based on observations and feedback.
