Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically adept individual with an M.Tech degree and 2-4 years of experience to join our Guest Services team in Indore. This role will be crucial in managing and enhancing the experience of our esteemed guests and visitors, ensuring seamless operations and a welcoming environment within our facilities. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical background to analyze service delivery, identify areas for improvement, and implement innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of guest reception and visitor management, ensuring a professional and efficient first point of contact.
- Develop and implement protocols for guest registration, access control, and security screening.
- Coordinate with various internal departments (e.g., facilities, IT, administration) to ensure all guest needs are met promptly and effectively.
- Analyze guest feedback and operational data to identify trends and areas for service enhancement, utilizing your M.Tech analytical skills.
- Propose and implement technology-driven solutions to improve guest experience and operational efficiency (e.g., digital check-in systems, visitor analytics).
- Manage appointment scheduling and room bookings for internal and external meetings.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues raised by guests or internal stakeholders with a high degree of professionalism and problem-solving ability.
- Maintain accurate records of visitor logs, service requests, and feedback.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating events and visitor programs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and security procedures.
