We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Services Associate. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent graduate with a B.Com degree looking to gain experience in a dynamic and growing Defence & Aerospace company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.

- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel.

- Schedule and manage meeting rooms and visitor appointments.

- Provide basic administrative support, such as data entry and document management.

- Assist with coordinating company events and visitor logistics.

- Maintain a log of visitors and security checks.

- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
