Role Summary: ITC Limited is seeking a qualified and experienced Gynecologist to join our corporate health and wellness team. This role will focus on providing comprehensive healthcare services, with a particular emphasis on women's health, to our employees within our food processing facilities and corporate offices across India. The Gynecologist will play a crucial role in promoting employee well-being and ensuring access to specialized medical care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide consultations and treatment for a wide range of gynecological conditions.
- Conduct regular health check-ups and screenings for female employees.
- Offer pre-conception, antenatal, and postnatal care advice and services.
- Manage reproductive health issues, including contraception and family planning.
- Educate employees on women's health, hygiene, and preventive care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements and best practices in gynecology.
