Gynecologist (Consultant) | Guwahati

We are seeking a skilled Gynecologist with a B.Des background to join our team in Guwahati. This role will focus on providing expert consultation and advisory services related to women's health and well-being within a corporate setting, leveraging an understanding of user-centric design principles to create impactful health initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience, demonstrating a strong clinical background combined with an innovative approach to health program development.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive gynecological consultations to employees, addressing a wide range of women's health concerns.

Develop and implement women's health and wellness programs tailored to the needs of a corporate workforce, incorporating design thinking and user experience principles from B.Des.

Conduct educational workshops and awareness sessions on topics such as reproductive health, menstrual hygiene, prenatal care, and menopause management.

Collaborate with HR and other internal departments to integrate health and well-being initiatives into the company culture.

Ensure compliance with all relevant medical regulations and ethical standards.

Utilize insights from user research and design principles to create accessible and effective health communication materials.
