Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled and creative Hair Stylist / Hairdresser to join our corporate wellness team, providing on-site services to our employees. This role is crucial in promoting employee well-being and offering convenient grooming solutions within our multinational automotive component manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients (employees) to understand their hair needs, preferences, and concerns.
- Provide a range of hair styling services including cuts, coloring, perms, straightening, and updos.
- Perform hair treatments such as conditioning, deep conditioning, and scalp treatments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation and salon area.
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and product knowledge.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality services and excellent customer care.
- Manage appointment schedules and maintain client records.
