Role Summary:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist / Hairdresser to join our esteemed team at our luxury property in Nasik. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Hairdressing and 3-5 years of experience, with a proven ability to provide exceptional hair care services to a diverse clientele. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming and professional salon environment, ensuring client satisfaction through expert styling, cutting, coloring, and treatment services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to understand their hair needs, preferences, and desired outcomes.
- Provide a wide range of hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, perming, straightening, and conditioning treatments.
- Perform scalp treatments and hair spa services.
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in the salon and of tools and equipment.
- Stay updated with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products.
- Recommend and sell hair care products to clients.
- Manage appointments and client records effectively.
- Ensure a positive and memorable client experience.
