Role Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hand / Neck Surgeon to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of conditions affecting the hand and neck, providing comprehensive patient care, and contributing to the overall health and well-being of our employees and their dependents. This role requires expertise in both surgical and non-surgical management of hand and neck pathologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and manage congenital and acquired conditions of the hand and wrist.
Perform surgical procedures for hand and wrist deformities, trauma, and degenerative diseases.
Evaluate and treat neck pain, injuries, and neurological conditions affecting the neck region.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including conservative and surgical options.
Collaborate with other medical professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
Stay updated with the latest advancements and techniques in hand and neck surgery.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment options.
