Hand / Neck Surgeon

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hand / Neck Surgeon to join our corporate health and wellness team. This role will focus on providing specialized medical care, injury prevention, and rehabilitation services to our employees, particularly those in roles that may involve repetitive strain or ergonomic challenges. The surgeon will work closely with our HR and EHS departments to promote a healthy and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of hand and neck conditions, including musculoskeletal disorders, nerve compression syndromes, and traumatic injuries.
- Perform surgical procedures as necessary, utilizing advanced techniques and technologies.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including non-surgical interventions, physical therapy referrals, and pain management strategies.
- Conduct ergonomic assessments and provide recommendations for workplace modifications to prevent injuries.
- Educate employees on injury prevention, proper posture, and safe work practices.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and general practitioners, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with medical ethics and company policies.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in hand and neck surgery and occupational health.
- Participate in health and wellness programs and initiatives within the company.
