Role Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Hardware and Networks professional with an M.Tech degree to join our dynamic team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our complex hardware and network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability. This role requires a deep understanding of network protocols, hardware components, and troubleshooting complex issues within a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and manage enterprise-level network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of server hardware, storage solutions, and other critical IT hardware components.
- Develop and implement network security policies and procedures to protect company data and systems.
- Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions for optimization.
- Conduct regular hardware and network audits to ensure compliance and identify potential risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their hardware and network requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in hardware and networking technologies and recommend upgrades or new solutions.
- Manage vendor relationships for hardware and network services.
