Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hardware and Networks professional to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability for our operations in India. This role involves a broad range of responsibilities across hardware, network devices, and related systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain server hardware, workstations, printers, and other IT peripherals.
• Manage and troubleshoot network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
• Monitor network performance and identify potential issues, implementing solutions to prevent downtime.
• Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and network-related problems.
• Implement and maintain IT security measures, including virus protection, intrusion detection, and access controls.
• Perform regular hardware and software audits, and manage IT asset inventory.
• Develop and maintain documentation for hardware configurations, network diagrams, and IT procedures.
• Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement, maintenance, and support.
• Stay updated with the latest hardware and networking technologies and best practices.
