Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Hardware and Networks Specialist. This role will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network infrastructure and hardware components across our various project sites and corporate offices in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of network protocols, hardware systems, and security best practices to ensure reliable and efficient network operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware, including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity and performance issues.
- Monitor network performance and security, identifying and addressing potential bottlenecks or threats.
- Manage network cabling infrastructure and ensure proper documentation.
- Provide technical support for end-users regarding network and hardware issues.
- Implement and enforce network security policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with IT teams to plan and execute network upgrades and expansions.
- Maintain inventory of network hardware and software assets.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest networking technologies and industry trends.
