Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a Hardware Architect to join our dynamic team in Delhi. This role is crucial for designing and overseeing the implementation of our advanced hardware infrastructure that supports our cutting-edge analytics and KPO operations. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical hardware solutions, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness. This position is tailored for a professional with a strong understanding of business operations and a keen interest in hardware systems, ideally with 4-6 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand analytical and research data processing needs and translate them into hardware requirements.
- Design and architect robust, scalable, and secure hardware solutions for data centers, high-performance computing clusters, and research environments.
- Evaluate and select appropriate hardware components (servers, storage, networking, GPUs) based on performance, cost, and reliability criteria.
- Develop and maintain hardware architecture documentation, including diagrams, specifications, and implementation plans.
- Oversee the procurement, installation, and configuration of new hardware systems.
- Work closely with IT operations and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and ongoing maintenance of hardware infrastructure.
- Conduct performance analysis and capacity planning to identify potential bottlenecks and recommend optimizations.
- Stay abreast of emerging hardware technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Manage vendor relationships for hardware acquisition and support.
- Contribute to the development of hardware lifecycle management strategies.
